Welcome to Sensorial Designs. By using this website or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Sensorial Designs operates this website and online store to offer fine art prints, framed artwork, and digital products. Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Sensorial Designs.

By visiting our site or buying something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms or policies linked here.

2. Products & Availability

All artworks and products are made to order. Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to materials, printing, or framing processes. These variations are normal and part of the handcrafted nature of your piece.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time. Prices and product details are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information so we can process it smoothly.
All payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments or other trusted payment partners. Your payment information is encrypted and not stored on our servers.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if there’s an issue with payment, suspected fraud, or product availability.

4. Shipping

Each order is produced and shipped after it’s placed.

  • Unframed prints typically ship within 3–5 business days.

  • Framed prints typically ship within 7–10 business days.
    Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or production volume.

You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final, as each piece is custom made for you.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Digital downloads and ebooks are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, and content on this site are the property of Sensorial Designs and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any artwork or digital product without written permission.

7. Accuracy of Information

We do our best to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. However, we can’t guarantee that your device’s display of colors will perfectly match the physical print.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sensorial Designs is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will appear on this page, and your continued use of the site means you accept those updates.
