Returns for Home Decor & Accessories 

We work with small-batch makers, boutique studios, and artisan suppliers. Because of the delicate nature of these pieces, our return policy is limited to issues of damage or incorrect items.

Eligibility

We gladly accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Window

Damages or defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

  • All parts, tags, hardware, and protective materials must be included.

  • Items must be returned in resalable condition.

Shipping for Returns

  • For damaged or incorrect items, we will coordinate with the supplier to provide a return label when required.

  • For any other approved situation, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 14 days with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Every piece is custom made just for you when you place your order. Because of this made-to-order process, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please reach out within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right. Email us at info@sensorialdesigns.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and the packaging

Once we receive your photos, we’ll quickly review and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Digital Products
Ebooks and digital downloads are non-refundable.
