HOME DECOR ITEMS AND ACCESSORIES

Approximate Shipping time 2 to 8 days for most products and 10 to 20 days for some products.  Please see individual product listings for more accurate shipping times. 

FINE ART PRINTS

All Sensorial Designs artwork is custom made after you place your order. Below are typical timelines from the day you order to the day your item arrives. Actual delivery times may vary during holidays, sales, or due to carrier or supply delays.

U.S. Orders (Domestic)

  • Unframed Prints
    Expect delivery in 4 to 10 business days after your order is placed.
    (1–5 days production + 1–5 days shipping)

  • Framed Art (Core Collection)
    Expect delivery in 6 to 17 business days after your order is placed.
    (3–12 days production + 1–5 days shipping)

All U.S. orders ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground with tracking provided once your item ships.

International Orders

We offer international shipping to most destinations. Delivery times vary based on your location and customs processing.

  • Print Only orders typically arrive in 1 to 3 weeks.

  • Framed Art orders may take 3 to 7 weeks depending on framing style and location.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
We cannot guarantee international delivery timelines due to customs and multi-carrier handoffs.

Damage or Lost Items

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email info@sensorialdesigns.com within 14 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. Include your order number and clear photos of the artwork and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
